Role Overview: As a Telephone Sales Representative at MCI Careers, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and building lasting relationships with customers. Your primary focus will be to engage potential clients over the phone, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions that align with MCI’s service offerings. What You'll Do: - You will proactively contact potential customers to introduce MCI’s products and services. - You will identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions to meet their business goals. - You will manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. - You will achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective communication and negotiation. - You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction. - You will handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain positive relationships. - You will stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to better position MCI’s services. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in telephone sales or a related customer-facing sales role. - Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the tech-enabled business services or BPO industry. - Knowledge of Customer Experience (CX) solutions and Anything-as-a-Service models. - Multilingual abilities or experience working in a multicultural environment. - Additional sales certifications or training.
