Role Overview: As a Telephone Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by engaging potential customers through outbound calls. Your primary focus will be to promote and sell our diverse range of services, ensuring a positive customer experience and meeting sales targets. What You'll Do: - You will make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and sell MCI's services. - You will identify customer needs and tailor your sales approach accordingly. - You will maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities. - You will collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for improving sales performance. - You will handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly. - You will meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. - You will participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques. - You will contribute to a positive team environment by sharing insights and supporting colleagues. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in telephone sales or a related customer-facing role. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude. - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
