What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in telephone sales or a related sales role. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively. - Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
