Role Overview: As a Telephone Sales Representative at MCI Careers, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and building strong customer relationships through effective communication and product knowledge. What You'll Do: - You will engage potential customers via telephone to promote and sell MCI's products and services. - You will identify customer needs and tailor sales approaches to meet those needs effectively. - You will maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. - You will collaborate with team members and management to develop sales strategies and improve performance. - You will handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. - You will meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently. - You will participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques. - You will contribute to a positive team environment by sharing insights and supporting colleagues. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in telephone sales or a related customer-facing sales role. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the tech-enabled business services or BPO industry. - Familiarity with multi-country sales operations and cultural sensitivity. - Additional language skills beyond English. - Certification in sales or customer service training programs.
