Role Overview: As a Telephone Sales Representative at MCI Careers, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and building strong customer relationships through effective communication and product knowledge. This role is designed for motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering outstanding service and achieving sales targets. What You'll Do: - You will engage potential customers via telephone to promote and sell MCI's products and services. - You will identify customer needs and tailor your sales approach to meet those needs effectively. - You will maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. - You will collaborate with team members and management to develop sales strategies and improve performance. - You will handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction. - You will meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently. - You will participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance your product knowledge and sales skills. - You will contribute to a positive team environment by sharing insights and supporting colleagues.
