Role Overview: As a Telephone Sales Representative at MCI Careers, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by engaging with potential customers over the phone. Your primary focus will be to understand customer needs, present our services effectively, and close sales to contribute to the company’s success. What You'll Do: - You will proactively reach out to prospective clients to introduce MCI’s services and solutions. - You will build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up. - You will identify customer needs and tailor sales pitches to address those needs. - You will meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics. - You will document all sales activities and customer interactions accurately in the CRM system. - You will collaborate with the sales team and management to develop strategies for improving sales performance. - You will stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to better position MCI’s services. What You Bring: - You have at least 2 years of experience in telephone sales or a related customer-facing sales role. - You possess excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. - You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. - You have strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - You are proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
