Role Overview: As a Telephone Sales Representative at MCI Careers, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by engaging potential customers through outbound calls. Your primary focus will be to understand customer needs, present our service offerings effectively, and close sales while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. What You'll Do: - You will make outbound calls to prospective clients to generate new business opportunities. - You will identify customer needs and tailor product presentations to meet those needs. - You will manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. - You will achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics. - You will collaborate with team members and management to improve sales strategies. - You will handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. - You will stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to better position our services. What You Bring: - You have at least 2 years of experience in telephone sales or a related customer-facing role. - You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - You are proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - You demonstrate strong negotiation and closing skills. - You have the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the tech-enabled services or BPO industry. - Familiarity with multi-country call center operations. - Additional language skills beyond English. - Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets.
