What You'll Do: - You will make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and sell MCI’s business services. - You will identify customer needs and tailor your sales approach to meet those needs effectively. - You will maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. - You will collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets. - You will handle customer inquiries and provide detailed information about our service offerings. - You will follow up on leads and referrals to maximize sales opportunities. - You will participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques. - You will contribute to a positive team environment by sharing insights and supporting colleagues. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in telephone sales or a related customer-facing sales role. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. - Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently. - Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
