Role Overview: As a Telephone Sales Representative at MCI Careers, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by engaging potential customers through outbound calls. Your primary focus will be to promote our services, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the company’s revenue objectives. What You'll Do: - You will make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and sell MCI’s services. - You will identify customer needs and tailor your sales approach to meet those needs effectively. - You will maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. - You will follow up on leads and referrals to maximize sales opportunities. - You will collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for improving sales performance. - You will meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently. - You will provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention. - You will stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to better position MCI’s services. What You Bring: - You have at least 2 years of experience in telephone sales or a related sales role. - You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. - You are proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - You have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - You demonstrate resilience and the ability to handle rejection positively. - You are highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the business process outsourcing (BPO) or customer experience (CX) industry. - Knowledge of sales techniques such as consultative selling or solution selling. - Multilingual abilities or experience working in a multicultural environment. - Familiarity with telephony systems and call center technologies.
