Role Overview: As a Telephone Sales Representative at MCI Careers, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by engaging potential customers through outbound calls. Your primary focus will be to understand customer needs, present our services effectively, and close sales while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. What You'll Do: - You will make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and sell MCI's services. - You will identify customer needs and tailor your sales approach accordingly. - You will maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities. - You will meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics. - You will collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for improving sales outcomes. - You will handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly. - You will stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings. - You will participate in ongoing training to enhance your sales skills and product knowledge. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in telephone sales or a related customer-facing role. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
