Role Overview: As a Telephone Sales Representative at MCI Careers, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by engaging potential customers through outbound calls. Your primary focus will be to understand customer needs, present tailored solutions, and close sales effectively while maintaining high customer satisfaction. What You'll Do: - You will proactively make outbound calls to prospective clients to generate new business opportunities. - You will identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services. - You will manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. - You will meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. - You will collaborate with team members and management to improve sales strategies. - You will handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive experience. - You will stay informed about product updates and industry trends to provide knowledgeable service. What You Bring: - You bring at least 2 years of experience in telephone sales or a related customer-facing role. - You have excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills. - You possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. - You have proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the tech-enabled services or BPO industry. - Familiarity with sales techniques such as consultative selling or upselling. - Multilingual abilities to engage a diverse customer base. - Previous experience working in an international or multi-country call center.
