Role Overview: As a Telephone Sales Representative at MCI Careers, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and building lasting relationships with customers. Your primary focus will be to engage potential clients over the phone, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions that align with MCI's service offerings. What You'll Do: - You will proactively reach out to potential customers to generate new sales opportunities. - You will listen carefully to customer needs and provide appropriate product or service recommendations. - You will maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities. - You will meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals. - You will collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service. - You will handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally. - You will stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to better position MCI's services. What You Bring: - You have at least 2 years of experience in telephone sales or a related customer-facing role. - You possess excellent verbal communication and active listening skills. - You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. - You have strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - You are proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the tech-enabled services or BPO industry. - Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas. - Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively. - Multilingual abilities or experience working with international clients.
