Role Overview: As a Telephone Sales Representative at MCI Careers, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by engaging potential customers through outbound calls. Your primary focus will be to understand customer needs, present tailored solutions, and close sales while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. What You'll Do: - You will proactively make outbound calls to prospective clients to generate sales opportunities. - You will identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services. - You will build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business. - You will meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. - You will document all sales activities and customer interactions accurately in the CRM system. - You will collaborate with team members and management to improve sales strategies. - You will stay informed about product updates and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in telephone sales or a related customer-facing role. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate. - Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. - High level of self-motivation and resilience to handle rejection.
