What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in B2B or technology services. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management abilities. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the business process outsourcing or customer experience industry. - Familiarity with multi-channel sales strategies including phone, email, and social media. - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - Additional language skills are a plus.
