Role Overview: As a Sales Representative at MCI Careers, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by engaging potential clients and promoting our comprehensive suite of services. This role is designed for motivated individuals who thrive in dynamic environments and are passionate about building strong customer relationships. What You'll Do: - You will identify and reach out to prospective clients through various channels to generate new business opportunities. - You will present and explain MCI's service offerings to potential customers, tailoring solutions to meet their specific needs. - You will manage the sales process from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience. - You will maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM software. - You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met and expectations exceeded. - You will meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to company growth. - You will stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities. What You Bring: - You bring at least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in B2B or technology services. - You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse clients. - You possess strong negotiation and closing skills to drive successful sales outcomes. - You are proficient with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite. - You demonstrate self-motivation and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the business process outsourcing or customer experience industry. - Familiarity with multi-channel sales strategies including phone, email, and social media. - Previous success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas. - Additional language skills to support our international operations.
