Role Overview: As a Sales Representative at MCI Careers, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by engaging with potential clients and promoting our comprehensive suite of services. This role is designed for motivated individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment and are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and sales results. What You'll Do: - You will identify and reach out to prospective clients through various communication channels. - You will present and explain MCI’s service offerings to potential customers. - You will build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships. - You will meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics. - You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met effectively. - You will document sales activities and client interactions accurately in the CRM system. - You will stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities. - You will participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your sales skills. What You Bring: - You have at least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in BPO or technology services. - You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - You are proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - You demonstrate strong negotiation and closing abilities. - You are self-motivated with a results-driven mindset. - You can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a call center or customer service environment. - Knowledge of the BPO industry and related technologies. - Previous success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas. - Bilingual abilities or additional language skills.
