What You'll Do: - You will identify and reach out to prospective clients through various channels to generate new business opportunities. - You will present and explain MCI's service offerings clearly and persuasively to meet client needs. - You will manage the sales process from initial contact through to closing deals, ensuring a smooth customer experience. - You will collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that align with client objectives. - You will maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools. - You will meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently. - You will stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to strategically position MCI's services. - You will participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your sales skills and product knowledge. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in B2B or technology services. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
