Role Overview: As a Sales Representative at MCI Careers, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by engaging with potential clients and promoting our diverse range of services. This position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities, ideal for motivated individuals eager to develop their sales skills in a dynamic environment. What You'll Do: - You will identify and reach out to prospective clients through various channels to generate new business opportunities. - You will present and explain MCI’s service offerings clearly and persuasively to potential customers. - You will build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. - You will collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs effectively. - You will track and report sales activities and outcomes to management regularly. - You will stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to strategically position MCI’s services. - You will meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently. - You will participate in training sessions to continuously improve your sales techniques and product knowledge. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in B2B or technology services. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse clients. - Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the business process outsourcing or customer experience industry. - Familiarity with multi-channel sales strategies including phone, email, and social media. - Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team. - Additional language skills are a plus.
