Role Overview: As a Sales Representative at MCI Careers, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by engaging potential clients and promoting our comprehensive suite of services. This role is designed for motivated individuals who thrive in dynamic environments and are passionate about building lasting customer relationships. What You'll Do: - You will identify and reach out to prospective clients through various channels to generate new business opportunities. - You will present and explain MCI’s service offerings clearly and persuasively to meet client needs. - You will manage the sales process from initial contact through closing, ensuring a smooth customer experience. - You will collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that align with client objectives. - You will maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system. - You will meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently. - You will stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to strategically position MCI’s services. - You will participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your sales skills and product knowledge. What You Bring: - You have at least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in B2B or technology services. - You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse clients. - You are proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - You demonstrate strong negotiation and closing abilities. - You are self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the business process outsourcing or customer experience industry. - Familiarity with multi-channel sales strategies including phone, email, and social media. - Previous success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas. - Additional language skills to support our international operations.
