Role Overview: As a Sales Representative at MCI Careers, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by engaging with potential clients and promoting our comprehensive suite of services. This role is designed for motivated individuals who thrive in dynamic environments and are passionate about building lasting customer relationships. What You'll Do: - You will identify and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound calls and inbound inquiries. - You will present and demonstrate MCI’s service offerings to prospective clients. - You will build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. - You will collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs. - You will meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. - You will maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system. - You will stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to effectively position MCI’s services. - You will participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your sales skills. What You Bring: - You have at least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in BPO, CX, or related industries. - You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - You are proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - You demonstrate strong negotiation and closing abilities. - You are self-motivated with a results-driven mindset. - You can manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a call center or tech-enabled service environment. - Knowledge of Anything-as-a-Service (XaaS) business models. - Bilingual abilities or multilingual skills. - Previous experience in a remote or hybrid work setting.
