What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in B2B or technology services. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. - Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. - Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive environment. - Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the business process outsourcing or customer experience industry. - Familiarity with digital sales tools and social media platforms for lead generation. - Previous experience working in a call center or remote sales environment. - Additional language skills beyond English.
