Role Overview: As a Sales Representative at MCI Careers, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by engaging with potential clients and promoting our comprehensive suite of services. This role offers both full-time and part-time opportunities, ideal for motivated individuals passionate about sales and customer engagement. What You'll Do: - You will identify and reach out to prospective clients through various channels to generate new business opportunities. - You will build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and tailor solutions accordingly. - You will present and demonstrate MCI’s services effectively to potential customers. - You will negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed monthly targets. - You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction. - You will maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system. - You will stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to position MCI competitively. - You will participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your sales skills and product knowledge. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in B2B or technology services. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the business process outsourcing or customer experience industry. - Familiarity with multi-channel sales strategies including phone, email, and social media. - Ability to work independently and as part of a remote or distributed team. - Additional language skills are a plus.
