Role Overview: As a Sales Representative at MCI Careers, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by engaging with potential clients and promoting our comprehensive suite of services. This role offers both full-time and part-time opportunities, ideal for motivated individuals passionate about sales and customer engagement. What You'll Do: - You will identify and reach out to prospective clients through various channels to generate new business opportunities. - You will present and explain MCI’s service offerings clearly and persuasively to potential customers. - You will build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business. - You will collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs effectively. - You will track and report sales activities and outcomes to management regularly. - You will stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to strategically position MCI’s services. - You will meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently. - You will participate in training sessions to continuously improve your sales skills and product knowledge. What You Bring: - You have at least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in B2B or technology services. - You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients effectively. - You are proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - You demonstrate strong negotiation and closing abilities. - You are self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the business process outsourcing or customer experience industry. - Familiarity with multi-channel sales strategies including phone, email, and social media. - Previous success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas. - Additional language skills to support our international client base.
