What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in BPO, CX, or related industries. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. - Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. - Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently. - Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a call center or tech-enabled service environment. - Knowledge of Anything-as-a-Service (XaaS) business models. - Multilingual abilities or experience working with international clients. - Familiarity with digital marketing and lead generation techniques.
