Role Overview: As a Sales Representative at MCI Careers, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by engaging with potential clients and promoting our diverse range of services. This role is designed for motivated individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment and are passionate about building strong customer relationships. What You'll Do: - You will identify and reach out to prospective clients through various channels to generate new business opportunities. - You will present and explain MCI’s service offerings clearly and persuasively to potential customers. - You will manage the sales process from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring a smooth customer experience. - You will collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs and expectations. - You will maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM software. - You will meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently. - You will stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to strategically position MCI’s services. - You will participate in training sessions and team meetings to continuously improve your sales skills. What You Bring: - You have at least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in B2B or technology services. - You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse clients. - You are proficient in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite. - You demonstrate strong negotiation and closing abilities. - You are self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the business process outsourcing or customer experience industry. - Familiarity with multi-channel sales strategies including phone, email, and social media. - Previous experience working in a fast-paced call center environment. - Additional language skills to engage with international clients.
