What You Bring: - You bring at least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in B2B or technology services. - You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly. - You are proficient in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite. - You demonstrate strong negotiation and closing skills. - You are self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the business process outsourcing or customer experience industry. - Familiarity with multi-channel sales strategies including phone, email, and social media. - Previous experience working in a fast-paced call center environment. - Additional language skills that enhance communication with diverse clients.
