What You'll Do: - You will identify and reach out to prospective clients through various channels to generate new business opportunities. - You will present and explain MCI’s service offerings to potential customers, tailoring solutions to meet their specific needs. - You will manage the sales process from initial contact through to closing deals, ensuring a smooth customer experience. - You will maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM software. - You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met and expectations exceeded. - You will meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to company growth. - You will stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities. - You will participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your sales skills and product knowledge. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in B2B or technology services. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. - Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. - Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently. - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the business process outsourcing (BPO) or customer experience (CX) industry. - Previous success in meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment. - Knowledge of SaaS or Anything-as-a-Service business models. - Multilingual abilities or experience working in international markets.
