Role Overview: As a Sales Representative at MCI Careers, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by engaging with potential clients and promoting our comprehensive suite of services. What You'll Do: - You will identify and reach out to prospective clients through various channels to generate new business opportunities. - You will present and explain MCI’s service offerings clearly and persuasively to potential customers. - You will manage the sales process from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring a smooth customer experience. - You will maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM software. - You will collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs and expectations. - You will meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently. - You will stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities. - You will provide feedback to management on customer needs, problems, and interests. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in B2B or technology services. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. - Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite. - Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and the ability to work independently. - Excellent negotiation and closing skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the business process outsourcing or customer experience industry. - Familiarity with SaaS or tech-enabled service sales. - Multilingual abilities or experience working in a multicultural environment. - Previous experience working in a call center or remote sales environment.
