We specialize in delivering exceptional Customer Experience (CX), Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), and innovative Anything-as-a-Service solutions to a diverse range of clients. Role Overview: As a Sales Representative at MCI Careers, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying and engaging potential clients. You will be responsible for promoting our services, building strong customer relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our sales team. What You'll Do: - You will proactively identify and reach out to potential clients to generate new business opportunities. - You will present and explain our service offerings to prospective customers clearly and persuasively. - You will manage the sales process from initial contact through to closing deals. - You will maintain and update customer information in the CRM system accurately. - You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and expectations exceeded. - You will meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently. - You will participate in sales meetings and training sessions to improve your skills and knowledge. - You will provide feedback to management on market trends and customer needs. What You Bring: - You have at least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in B2B or technology services. - You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - You are proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - You have a strong customer-focused mindset and problem-solving abilities. - You demonstrate self-motivation and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the business process outsourcing or customer experience industry. - Proven track record of exceeding sales targets. - Familiarity with SaaS or tech-enabled service sales. - Additional language skills are a plus.
