Role Overview: As a Sales Representative at MCI Careers, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying and securing new client opportunities. You will be the frontline ambassador of our services, responsible for building strong relationships and delivering tailored solutions that meet client needs. What You'll Do: - You will proactively identify and engage potential clients through various channels. - You will present and demonstrate MCI's service offerings to prospective customers. - You will develop and maintain strong client relationships to foster long-term partnerships. - You will negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed targets. - You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. - You will track sales activities and report on performance metrics. - You will stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities. - You will participate in training and development programs to enhance your sales skills.
