Role Overview: As a Sales Representative at MCI Careers, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying and engaging potential clients. You will be responsible for promoting our services, building strong customer relationships, and contributing to the company’s expansion efforts. What You'll Do: - You will proactively identify and reach out to prospective clients to generate new business opportunities. - You will present and demonstrate MCI’s service offerings to potential customers. - You will build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through excellent communication and follow-up. - You will collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs. - You will meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics consistently. - You will maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system. - You will stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities. - You will participate in sales meetings and training sessions to continuously improve your skills. What You Bring: - You have at least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in B2B or technology services. - You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients. - You are proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - You demonstrate a results-driven mindset with the ability to meet or exceed sales goals. - You have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the business process outsourcing or customer experience industry. - Knowledge of SaaS or Anything-as-a-Service business models. - Proven track record of successfully closing complex sales deals. - Multilingual abilities or experience working in international markets.
