Role Overview: As a Sales Representative at MCI Careers, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying and engaging potential clients. You will be responsible for promoting our suite of services, building strong customer relationships, and contributing to the company’s expansion efforts. What You'll Do: - You will proactively identify and reach out to prospective clients to generate new business opportunities. - You will present and demonstrate MCI’s service offerings to potential customers, tailoring solutions to meet their needs. - You will manage the sales pipeline effectively, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate record-keeping. - You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery for new clients. - You will meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to company growth. - You will maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies. - You will participate in sales meetings and training sessions to continuously improve your skills. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the BPO or technology services sector. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management abilities. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a fast-paced, tech-enabled business environment. - Knowledge of Customer Experience (CX) and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industries. - Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus. - Familiarity with digital sales and marketing tools.
