Role Overview: As a Sales Representative at MCI Careers, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying and securing new client opportunities. You will be the frontline ambassador of our services, responsible for building strong relationships and delivering tailored solutions that meet client needs. What You'll Do: - You will proactively identify and engage potential clients through various channels. - You will present and demonstrate MCI's service offerings to prospective customers. - You will develop and maintain strong client relationships to foster long-term partnerships. - You will negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed targets. - You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. - You will track sales activities and report on performance metrics. - You will stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities. - You will participate in training and development programs to enhance your sales skills. What You Bring: - You bring at least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in BPO or tech-enabled services. - You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - You possess strong negotiation and closing abilities. - You are proficient with CRM software and sales tracking tools. - You demonstrate a results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the Customer Experience (CX) industry. - Knowledge of multi-country operations and international sales. - Familiarity with Anything-as-a-Service (XaaS) business models. - Additional language skills relevant to our global markets.
