Role Overview: As a Sales Representative at MCI Careers, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities. You will be the frontline ambassador of our brand, responsible for building strong client relationships and delivering tailored solutions that meet customer needs. What You'll Do: - You will proactively identify and engage potential clients through various channels to generate new sales leads. - You will conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and propose appropriate solutions. - You will manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals and ensuring customer satisfaction. - You will collaborate with internal teams to customize offerings and deliver seamless service. - You will maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools. - You will meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to company growth. - You will stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to strategically position MCI’s services. - You will participate in sales training and development programs to continuously enhance your skills. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in B2B or technology services. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the business process outsourcing or customer experience industry. - Familiarity with SaaS or technology sales. - Additional language skills to support our international operations. - Strong negotiation and closing skills.
