Role Overview: As a Sales Representative at MCI Careers, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying and engaging potential clients. You will be responsible for promoting our suite of services, building strong customer relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our sales team. What You'll Do: - You will proactively identify and reach out to prospective clients to generate new business opportunities. - You will present and demonstrate MCI's service offerings to potential customers, tailoring solutions to meet their needs. - You will manage the sales pipeline effectively, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate record-keeping. - You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction. - You will negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets. - You will stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to strategically position MCI's offerings. - You will participate in sales meetings and training sessions to continuously improve your skills. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in B2B or technology services. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
