Role Overview: As a Sales Representative at MCI Careers, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying and engaging potential clients. You will be responsible for promoting our comprehensive suite of services, building strong customer relationships, and contributing to the company’s continued expansion in a competitive market. What You'll Do: - You will proactively identify and reach out to prospective clients to generate new business opportunities. - You will present and demonstrate MCI’s service offerings to potential customers, tailoring solutions to meet their needs. - You will manage the sales pipeline effectively, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate record-keeping. - You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and customer satisfaction. - You will meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. - You will stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to strategically position MCI’s services. - You will participate in sales meetings and training sessions to continuously improve your skills. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in B2B or technology services. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the business process outsourcing or customer experience industry. - Familiarity with multi-country sales operations. - Additional language skills. - A background in tech-enabled service sales.
