Role Overview: As a Sales Representative at MCI Careers, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying and engaging potential clients. You will be responsible for promoting our services, building strong customer relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our sales team. What You'll Do: - You will proactively identify and reach out to prospective clients to generate new business opportunities. - You will present and demonstrate MCI's service offerings to potential customers. - You will build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through excellent communication and follow-up. - You will collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs. - You will meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics. - You will maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system. - You will stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to strategically position MCI's services. What You Bring: - You have at least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in B2B or technology services. - You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - You are proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - You have a strong customer-focused mindset and problem-solving abilities. - You demonstrate self-motivation and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
