What You Bring: - You have at least 2 years of experience in outbound sales or telemarketing, preferably in a BPO or call center environment. - You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and persuade potential clients. - You are comfortable working evening shifts and managing time effectively. - You have strong organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate record-keeping. - You are proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in tech-enabled business services or BPO industry. - Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus. - Familiarity with data analytics tools to assess sales performance.
