Role Overview: As an Outbound Sales Representative working evening shifts, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by engaging potential customers through proactive outreach. Your efforts will help expand our client network and contribute to the overall success of MCI Careers' sales objectives. What You'll Do: - You will initiate outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce MCI's services and generate sales opportunities. - You will build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster trust and encourage repeat business. - You will meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets to support company growth. - You will document all sales activities and customer interactions accurately in the CRM system. - You will collaborate with the sales team and management to refine sales strategies and improve performance. - You will stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position MCI's services. - You will handle customer inquiries and objections professionally to close sales successfully. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in outbound sales or telemarketing, preferably in a BPO or call center environment. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and persuade customers. - Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to work evening shifts consistently and manage time effectively. - Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
