Role Overview: As an Outbound Sales Representative working evening shifts, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by engaging potential customers through proactive outreach. Your efforts will help expand our client base and strengthen our market position while providing excellent customer service. What You'll Do: - You will initiate outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and promote our services. - You will identify customer needs and tailor sales pitches to effectively address those needs. - You will maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. - You will meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets and performance metrics. - You will collaborate with team members and management to refine sales strategies. - You will handle customer inquiries and resolve objections to close sales successfully. - You will stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to enhance sales effectiveness. What You Bring: - You bring at least 2 years of experience in outbound sales or telemarketing roles. - You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage customers effectively. - You possess strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. - You are comfortable working evening shifts and managing time efficiently. - You have proficiency with CRM software and basic computer applications. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the tech-enabled services or BPO industry. - Familiarity with sales performance metrics and data analysis. - Multilingual abilities to communicate with diverse customer bases. - Previous experience working in a fast-paced call center environment.
