What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in outbound sales or telemarketing, preferably in a BPO or tech-enabled services environment. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and persuade diverse audiences. - Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced setting. - Results-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the customer experience (CX) or business process outsourcing (BPO) industry. - Familiarity with Anything-as-a-Service (XaaS) business models. - Additional language skills to support multi-country operations. - Previous experience working in a multi-cultural or international sales environment.
