Role Overview: As an Outbound Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by proactively reaching out to potential customers. Your focus will be on building relationships, understanding client needs, and effectively communicating the value of our services to close sales. What You'll Do: - You will initiate outbound calls to prospective clients to generate new business opportunities. - You will qualify leads and assess customer needs to tailor sales approaches. - You will maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities. - You will collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for market penetration. - You will meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. - You will provide feedback to management on market trends and customer insights. - You will participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and sales skills. What You Bring: - You bring at least 2 years of experience in outbound sales or telemarketing. - You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - You possess strong negotiation and closing abilities. - You are proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - You demonstrate a results-driven mindset and resilience in a fast-paced environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the BPO or CX industry. - Familiarity with SaaS or technology sales. - Multilingual abilities. - Previous success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
