What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in outbound sales or telemarketing, preferably in a B2B environment. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the business services or technology sectors. - Knowledge of Customer Experience (CX) and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industries. - Familiarity with sales automation tools and lead generation platforms. - Additional language skills to support diverse client bases.
