Role Overview: As an Outbound Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by proactively reaching out to potential customers. Your focus will be on building relationships, understanding client needs, and effectively communicating the value of MCI's services to generate new business opportunities. What You'll Do: - You will initiate outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce MCI's services and solutions. - You will qualify leads and identify customer needs to tailor sales approaches. - You will maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities. - You will collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for market penetration. - You will meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. - You will provide feedback to management on market trends and customer insights. - You will participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and sales skills. - You will ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations during all sales activities. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in outbound sales or telemarketing. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the business services or BPO industry. - Knowledge of customer experience (CX) solutions. - Familiarity with multi-country sales operations. - Additional language skills are a plus.
