Role Overview: As an Outbound Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by proactively reaching out to potential customers and promoting our service offerings. This role requires a dynamic and persuasive communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building strong client relationships. What You'll Do: - You will initiate outbound calls to prospective clients to generate new business opportunities. - You will identify customer needs and tailor sales presentations to effectively communicate the value of our services. - You will maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. - You will collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for meeting and exceeding sales targets. - You will follow up on leads and referrals to maximize conversion rates. - You will provide feedback to management on market trends and customer preferences. - You will participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques. What You Bring: - You bring at least 2 years of experience in outbound sales or telemarketing, preferably in a BPO or tech-enabled services environment. - You have excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. - You are proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - You demonstrate strong negotiation and closing skills. - You possess a results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the Customer Experience (CX) or Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry. - Familiarity with Anything-as-a-Service business models. - Multilingual abilities or experience working in a multicultural environment. - Previous success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
