What You'll Do: - You will initiate outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and sell MCI's services. - You will identify customer needs and tailor solutions to meet their business objectives. - You will maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. - You will collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies. - You will meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. - You will provide feedback from customers to help improve products and services. - You will stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities. - You will participate in ongoing training to enhance your sales skills and product knowledge. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in outbound sales or telemarketing. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate. - Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the business services or BPO industry. - Knowledge of customer experience (CX) solutions. - Familiarity with multi-country sales operations. - Additional language skills beyond English.
