Role Overview: As an Outbound Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by proactively reaching out to potential customers. Your focus will be on building relationships, understanding client needs, and effectively communicating the value of our services to close sales during daytime hours. What You'll Do: - You will initiate outbound calls to prospective clients to generate new business opportunities. - You will qualify leads and assess customer needs to tailor sales approaches. - You will maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities. - You will collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for meeting and exceeding sales targets. - You will follow up on leads and referrals to maximize conversion rates. - You will provide excellent customer service to build long-term client relationships. - You will stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to position MCI effectively. What You Bring: - You bring at least 2 years of experience in outbound sales or telemarketing. - You have strong communication and interpersonal skills. - You are proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - You possess a results-driven mindset with the ability to meet or exceed sales quotas. - You have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the BPO or CX industry. - Familiarity with multi-channel sales strategies. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Previous experience working in a fast-paced call center environment.
