Role Overview: As an Outbound Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by proactively reaching out to potential customers. Your focus will be on building relationships, understanding client needs, and effectively communicating the value of our services to close sales. What You'll Do: - You will initiate outbound calls to prospective clients to generate new business opportunities. - You will qualify leads and assess customer needs to tailor sales approaches. - You will maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities. - You will collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for market penetration. - You will meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. - You will provide feedback to management on market trends and customer insights. - You will participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and sales skills. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in outbound sales or telemarketing. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach. - Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently. - Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the BPO or technology services industry. - Familiarity with multi-channel sales strategies. - Additional language skills beyond English. - Previous experience working in a call center environment.
