What You'll Do: - You will initiate outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and sell MCI's services. - You will identify customer needs and tailor solutions to meet their business objectives. - You will maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. - You will collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies. - You will meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. - You will follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and referrals. - You will provide feedback to management on market trends and customer preferences. - You will participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in outbound sales or telemarketing. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. - Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently. - Self-motivated with a positive attitude and resilience in handling rejection.
