Role Overview: As an Outbound Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by proactively reaching out to potential customers. Your focus will be on building relationships, understanding client needs, and effectively communicating the value of our services to generate new business opportunities. What You'll Do: - You will initiate outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce MCI's services and solutions. - You will qualify leads and identify customer needs to tailor sales approaches. - You will maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. - You will collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for lead generation. - You will meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. - You will provide feedback from customers to help improve service offerings. - You will stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to position MCI effectively. What You Bring: - You bring at least 2 years of experience in outbound sales or telemarketing, preferably in a BPO or tech-enabled services environment. - You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and persuade potential clients. - You are proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - You demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - You have a results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the Customer Experience (CX) or Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry. - Familiarity with sales automation tools and lead generation platforms. - Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas. - Additional language skills to support our international operations.
